About Diamond M Drilling
Bill Maxwell, founder of Diamond M Drilling Inc, started out in the oil fields in 1978 as a roughneck. In 1980 he moved into the water well drilling industry learning under a seasoned water well contractor. Bill started his first business, Maxwell Pump & Supply in 1985 installing and repairing pump systems. He added his first drill rig to the business in 1988. Diamond M Drilling Inc was started in 1999 based out of Bozeman with his eldest son Donnie. In 2012 Diamond M Drilling Inc branched out into North Dakota and today Donnie is running Diamond M Drilling Inc Montana and Bill is running Diamond M Drilling Inc North Dakota.

Vice President
Donnie Maxwell is the vice president of Diamond M Drilling Inc with 15 years as a licensed Montana Water Well Driller, Lic #132. He has been on the rig with his dad since he was 7. He also holds a North Dakota Water Well Drillers license.

Bill Maxwell
President
Bill Maxwell is the president of Diamond M Drilling Inc with 34 years of water well industry experience. He holds a Montana Water Well Contractor’s license #597, which is also the monitor drilling license. He holds a North Dakota Water Well Contractor’s license #200, and is also a licensed pitless installer.

Marilyn Maxwell is the office manager and treasurer of Diamond M Drilling Inc and works with Bill in the field in ND.
